Travel Grants for Fellows
Sponsored by The Eye Cancer Foundation, travel grants allow our ECF trained fellows to present their ECF-supported research at international meetings. It is important for our fellows to gain exposure and knowledge. It is invaluable to have them explain their ECF-sponsored research to improve the diagnosis and treatment of many different eye cancers. Clearly, their attendance is vital to doctor education for the benefit of eye cancer patients around the world. Consider making a donation to help these young doctors travel to and present at eye cancer meetings. Stipulations include:
In 2022 alone, we have provided over 15 travel grants to doctors from India, Canada, Australia and the US, as they were presenting on behalf of The Eye Cancer Foundation. We pride ourselves in being able to not only help our fellows gain more exposure and knowledge, but also to make it easier for them to attend and increasing attendance to these events in general. The higher the attendance and the quality of work presented, the more events we will attend and be welcomed back to.
Congratulations to those who have received The Eye Cancer Foundation's Travel Grant thus far, and we look forward to working with those fellows who have yet to present or attend a conference.
