Dear Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of The Eye Cancer Foundation, the non-profit organization you’ve known for years. Together, we are dedicated to raising awareness about eye cancer, as well as providing support to patients and their families. Many new methods of diagnosis and treatment for eye cancer have been discovered by our researchers, leading to life-saving treatments around the world. This work could not have happened without your support.
Eye cancer, though relatively rare, can have devastating effects on individuals and families. From retinoblastoma affecting children to ocular melanoma striking adults, the impact of these diseases extends far beyond the physical toll. Patients often face emotional, financial, and logistical challenges in addition to their medical treatment. The Eye Cancer Foundation strives to alleviate some of these burdens. Through our patient support and educational programs, we support those affected by eye cancer. We make specialty treatment available by training eye cancer specialists in countries and areas that are unserved or underserved. This year alone, we’ve trained over 5 doctors in 5 different underserved areas of the world. We also fund innovative ongoing research initiatives aimed at improving treatment outcomes and finding a cure for these diseases. The foundation is constantly working, and our efforts would not be possible without the generous support of donors like you. Your contribution will make a tangible difference in the lives of eye cancer patients and their families.
